When will my order ship?

All artworks are available through pre-order only. Once the pre-order window closes, I begin printing. This process takes about 1 week, followed by careful hand-packing and shipping. Your order will ship within 2 weeks after the pre-order ends.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide using Australia Post with full tracking. Shipping options are:

• Australia: Complimentary Express Delivery

• International Standard Delivery: A$35

• International Express Delivery: A$45

Do you ship to the United States?

Currently, shipping to the United States is unavailable due to international carrier restrictions. I’m actively looking into solutions and hope to reopen U.S. shipping soon, thank you for your patience.

How long is the pre-order open?

Each collection is available for 1 week only. Once the window closes, no new orders will be accepted until the next collection opens.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After your order has been dispatched:

• Australia: 1–2 business days (Express)

• International Standard: approx. 2–4 weeks

• International Express: approx. 5–8 business days

Can I return or exchange my order?

As each piece is made-to-order with high-quality materials, I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll make it right.
