Every piece from Carla Art Studio is created with intention and care. All artworks are offered via pre-order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Each piece is then individually hand-finished and packed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Made to Order
All prints are produced individually upon purchase.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for printing and preparation before your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Australia (Express Post): 1–2 business days
International Standard: approx. 2–4 weeks
International Express: usually 5–8 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Carla Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a personalized shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Returns & Refunds
As each artwork is made-to-order, I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is any issue with your purchase, please contact me at carla@carlaartstudio.com within 7 days of receipt, including clear photographs of the item and packaging. I will review your case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Carla Art Studio is not responsible for:
Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside our control
Import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority, these are the responsibility of the buyer
