  • Order-related information is retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal and tax obligations, after which it is permanently and securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Complaints will be handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and I will respond within a reasonable timeframe (usually 30 days). If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
